# Lexiaplay – Gizlilik Politikası / Privacy Policy

Lexiaplay, 7–11 yaş arası çocukların okuma ve yazma becerilerini oyunla desteklemek için hazırlanmış bir mobil oyundur. Çocukların gizliliği bizim için önceliktir. Bu politika hangi verileri neden işlediğimizi açıklar.

### 1. Topladığımız veriler

- **Anonim kullanıcı kimliği:** Oyuna ilk girişte Unity Gaming Services tarafından rastgele bir kimlik oluşturulur. Ad, e-posta ya da telefon numarası istemeyiz.

- **Oyun ilerlemesi:** Mevcut gün, tamamlanan günlerin sonuçları (doğru/yanlış sayısı, ipucu kullanımı, süre, puan), oyun türü bazlı başarı oranları, zorluk ayarı ve hangi harf/örüntülerde zorlanıldığına dair öğrenme istatistikleri.

- **Kişiselleştirme:** Seçilen avatar, karakter kıyafet ve renkleri, kazanılan rozetler.

- **Görünen isim:** Oyuncunun profilde yazdığı takma ad (en fazla 20 karakter). Gerçek ad yazılmamasını öneririz.

- **Satın alma durumu:** Premium'un etkin olup olmadığı. Ödeme bilgileri (kart vb.) bize ulaşmaz; ödeme Apple App Store veya Google Play tarafından işlenir.

- **Teknik bilgiler:** Hizmetin çalışması için gereken sınırlı cihaz bilgileri (cihaz türü, işletim sistemi sürümü, uygulama sürümü, IP adresi). Bunları Unity Gaming Services hizmet sağlamak için işler.

- **Hesap bağlama (isteğe bağlı):** Google Play Games veya Apple Game Center ile giriş yapılırsa, ilerleme başka cihazda geri yüklenebilsin diye yalnızca bu hizmetin verdiği oyuncu kimliği hesaba bağlanır. E-posta adresinize erişmeyiz.

### 2. Mikrofon

"Gölge Okuma" etkinliği, çocuğun yüksek sesle okumasını dinlemek için mikrofonu kullanır. Konuşma tanıma **cihazın içinde** yapılır. Ses kaydı saklanmaz, bize veya üçüncü taraflara gönderilmez. Mikrofon izni verilmezse oyun diğer etkinliklerle devam eder.

### 3. Verileri neden kullanırız

İlerlemeyi saklamak ve cihaz değişiminde geri yüklemek, zorluğu çocuğa göre ayarlamak, satın almayı doğrulamak, hataları gidermek ve hizmeti güvenli işletmek. Verileri satmayız, reklam için kullanmayız.

### 4. Reklam ve takip

Lexiaplay'de **reklam yoktur**, üçüncü taraf reklam ya da davranış analizi araçları kullanılmaz, çocuklar takip edilmez. Oyunda sohbet, mesajlaşma ya da diğer oyunculara açık içerik yoktur.

### 5. Hizmet sağlayıcılar

- Unity Technologies (Unity Authentication, Cloud Save, Unity IAP): kimlik, bulut kaydı ve satın alma altyapısı. Veriler Türkiye veya AB dışındaki sunucularda işlenebilir.

- Google LLC (Google Play, Google Play Games) ve Apple Inc. (App Store, Game Center): dağıtım, ödeme ve isteğe bağlı hesap bağlama.

Bu sağlayıcıların kendi gizlilik politikaları geçerlidir.

### 6. Saklama süresi

Veriler hesap silinene kadar saklanır. Silme talebinden sonra bulut verileri en geç 30 gün içinde silinir.

### 7. Çocukların gizliliği

Uygulama çocuklar için tasarlanmıştır; ebeveyn gözetimiyle kullanılması önerilir. Çocuklardan iletişim bilgisi toplamayız. COPPA, GDPR ve KVKK kapsamında, bir çocuğa ait veri topladığımızı düşünüyorsanız bize yazın, derhal silelim.

### 8. Haklarınız

### 9. Güvenlik

Veriler HTTPS/TLS ile iletilir ve Unity Gaming Services altyapısında saklanır.

### 10. Tıbbi uyarı

Lexiaplay eğitsel bir oyundur. Tıbbi bir cihaz değildir; teşhis, tedavi veya terapi yerine geçmez. Çocuğunuzun öğrenme güçlüğü konusunda uzmana başvurmanızı öneririz.

### 11. Değişiklikler

Politika değişirse bu sayfa güncellenir ve tarih yenilenir.

Lexiaplay is a mobile game that supports reading and writing skills for children aged 7–11. Children's privacy is our priority. This policy explains what data we process and why.

### 1. Data we collect

- **Anonymous user ID:** A random ID is created by Unity Gaming Services on first launch. We do not ask for name, email or phone number.

- **Game progress:** Current day, results of completed days (correct/incorrect answers, hint usage, time, score), accuracy per game type, difficulty settings and learning statistics about which letters/patterns are difficult.

- **Personalization:** Selected avatar, character outfit and colors, earned badges.

- **Display name:** A nickname typed by the player in the profile (up to 20 characters). We recommend not using a real name.

- **Purchase status:** Whether Premium is active. Payment details never reach us; payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play.

- **Technical information:** Limited device information needed to run the service (device type, OS version, app version, IP address), processed by Unity Gaming Services to provide the service.

- **Account linking (optional):** If you sign in with Google Play Games or Apple Game Center, only the player ID provided by that service is linked so progress can be restored on another device. We do not access your email address.

### 2. Microphone

The "Shadow Reading" activity uses the microphone to listen to the child reading aloud. Speech recognition runs **on the device**. Audio is not stored and is not sent to us or any third party. If microphone permission is denied, the rest of the game still works.

### 3. Why we use data

To save progress and restore it on a new device, adapt difficulty to the child, verify purchases, fix bugs and operate the service securely. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

### 4. Ads and tracking

Lexiaplay contains **no ads**, uses no third-party advertising or behavioral analytics tools and does not track children. There is no chat, messaging or public user content.

### 5. Service providers

- Unity Technologies (Unity Authentication, Cloud Save, Unity IAP): identity, cloud save and purchase infrastructure. Data may be processed on servers outside Türkiye or the EU.

- Google LLC (Google Play, Google Play Games) and Apple Inc. (App Store, Game Center): distribution, payments and optional account linking.

Their own privacy policies apply.

### 6. Retention

Data is kept until the account is deleted. After a deletion request, cloud data is deleted within 30 days at the latest.

### 7. Children's privacy

The app is designed for children and parental supervision is recommended. We do not collect contact information from children. Under COPPA, GDPR and KVKK, if you believe we hold a child's data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

### 8. Your rights

### 9. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS and stored on Unity Gaming Services infrastructure.

Lexiaplay is an educational game. It is not a medical device and does not replace diagnosis, treatment or therapy. We recommend consulting a specialist about a child's learning difficulties.
